Support the Client Engagement team in providing custom solutions based on customer requirements.
Deep understanding of SAP products and competencies related to UI development, workflows, BPM, datawarehousing, reporting and BASIS
Usage of non-SAP products and technologies in the areas of Portal, Data warehousing, ETL, Mobility, Integration middleware
Development experience using Microsoft tools and J2EE toolset/application servers
Deep understanding of the network components and network security
Business understanding of the supply chain and logistics processes
Improve information usefulness by tracking emerging technologies and evaluating their applicability to business goals and operational requirements.
Actively participate in software development lifecycle in order to help identify opportunities for facilitating production support.
Document findings and develop policies for the purposes of handing off to Infrastructure Engineering for procedures and standards development.
Serve as the Operation’s liaison to the Enterprise Architecture team under the CIO.
Enhance overall team accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answer technical and procedural questions for less-experienced team members; teach improved processes; mentor team members
Provide consultation and architectural reviews for key customers, both existing and new.
Provide overall technical leadership to cross functional groups within SD Operations in the application space.
Lead the development of the strategy for getting apps to a cloud based model.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of all major vendors products.
