Manage and maintain SAP HANA application and infrastructure systems.

Execute common SAP and industry standard daily/weekly/monthly maintenance tasks during specified maintenance windows.

Support add-on installations in addition to support packages and enhancement packs.

Provide general technical support for end user support requests/incidents/problem/change management.

Monitoring and maintaining system and customer background jobs.

Monitoring and administration of SAP HANA Databases using Solution Manager and DBA cockpit.

Performance analysis of HANA system using SQL plan cache ,Delta merge analysis, and analysis of long running statement in HANA.

Deep understanding of Key Business Functional process across SAP MM, PP and a high level exposure to other SAP functional areas.

HANA projects related to Business Suite on HANA ECC/CRM/SCM/APO.

Data base migration to HANA projects.

Lead in blueprint and design sessions, review solution options and provide recommendations while communicating the benefits, risks, and constraints to both the business and stakeholders. Maintains effective communication and working relationships with customers and project team members.

Identifies and implements the technical approach to be used on the project and manages the system development process.

Develops system review schedules, audits and acceptance tests for each phase of project.

Prepares and presents oral and/or written technical reports and project presentations.

Organizes and conducts project team meetings between Onsite and Offshore.

Identifies System design alternatives, researches existing Systems in the marketplace and recommends viable IT solutions.

Ability to review and gather business requirements and interpret these into an architectural design and information model in SAP HANA environment.

Expert in the following areas SAP HANA, Solution Manager, SAP Cloud Solutions.

Transformation and modernization initiatives helping customers to modernize/transform their SAP Landscape.

Provide innovative spins to AM/AD solutions.

SAP market trends and solutions for AM/AD Services.

Create Proof of concepts for new SAP solutions that come in market.

Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.

Direct Interaction with customers.

Functional Architecture Design & Architecture Knowledge & Financial Analysis.

Business Knowledge, Software Engineering Leadership, Technical Solution Design, Negotiating, Change Management.

Data modeling skills including 3rd NF, Dimensional and other techniques using various modeling tools.

Architecture, design, development and testing of Data integration/acquisition process.

Multiple relational, dimensional, and MOLAP databases.

Proficient Knowledge on SQL and database procedural languages such as PLSQL and T-SQL.

Database performance tuning.

Exposure to multiple Data Integration tools (including ETL and data replication tools).

SAP HANA Enterprise in following areas preferred

Knowledge of Administration and operation including but not limited to monitoring, backup and restore, security and user management.
